Direction: Soak dry rice noodles in hot tap water for 40 minutes, then drain. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cook 6 oz sliced chicken or tofu over medium heat. Add egg, one handful of noodles and 2 oz of THAI & TRUE Pad Thai Sauce. Stir-fry, add bean sprouts and green onions. Serve with optional ground peanut and lime wedge.
Ingredients: vinegar, paprika, fish sauce, organic cane sugar, tamarind concentrate, and water.
Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening.
