Direction: Stir 1 heaping tbsp of THAI & TRUE Red Curry Paste in 1 cup of coconut milk over medium heat until dissolved, add vegetables and/or tofu until cooked, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water and bring to boil. 
Seasoning spices to taste and ready to serve. 
Refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients: Red curry paste (dried red chili 21%, garlic, lemon grass, shallot, salt, galangal, kaffir lime zest, coriander seed, cumin powder), safflower oil, and 100% freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Contains: coriander seed and cumin powder

This product is GMO-free, Gluten-Free and Vegan.

Rating Best Red Curry
This is my favourite of all the sauce pastes! I saute' meat and vegies in coconut oil first until almost done then add the coconut milk with curry paste mixed in to the pan and simmer about 10 minutes. Wow! This is comfort food. Over rice or quinoa ...a lovely dinner.

Rating Red Curry Past
The Red Curry Paste made by Thai and true is awesome. I originally brought it at the Farmer Market in Portland and since then never wanted to use any other product.

Rating Favorite Curry Paste
This is by far the best curry paste I've ever cooked with, and I love that it's vegetarian. I actually make my red curries quite strong, so I use more than the recommended amount of paste per cup of coconut milk. I've tried many other curry pastes in the grocery stores, and none of them even come close to Thai and True. My only wish is that the curries would come in a bigger jar.

Rating The BEST
I started trying Thai & True curry pastes through Food Fight grocery after a friend introduced me to Thai curry soups. This red has become essential to make my super-fabulous yet also healthy coconut curry soup. It's all flavor without the salt. I spoon it into my soup and then lick the spoon. It's that good! I am sending my recipe to my daughter in TN along with a jar of the curry. It's also nice for flavoring hummus.
