It's Labor Day weekend and for my family, the last long weekend of the summer is spent together. This year we're staying in and I've got the perfect brunch recipe. If you like spice and eggs benedict, this meal is for you! The Thai & True Sarachee sauce adds a hint of color and spice to your traditional hollandaise. Pair that with fresh crab and avocado and you've got yourself a decadent breakfast. Enjoy!

Dude, everyone has a curried butternut soup recipe.

The NW is warming up to a cool 40 degrees and it's the perfect time to relax inside with a hot mug of soup. Jess of Get Sconed! came up with a Curried Butternut Soup recipe using our Thai & True Yellow Curry Paste. Sounds yummy and healthy! How do you like to make curries?

It's that time of year again and there are sniffles, coughs, and sore throats everywhere. Manda of Awkward Cupcake came up with a quick Curry Soup using our Thai & True Massamun Curry Paste. It's a great way to throw together a soup using basic fridge ingredients. What non-curry dishes have you served using curry paste?




Thai & True Red Curry Wings

It's Super Bowl weekend and the grocery stores are promoting all the game day fixings from dips, chips, dogs, links, etc.  Our favorite game day food are chicken wings, well, chicken drumettes to be exact.  We like them on the grill, deep fried, baked, or any combination of cooking methods.  I love spicy wings, but don't like the strong vinegary flavors of buffalo wings.  So today, I decided to throw together some wings using some standard pantry ingredients.  These are the practice wings before the real deal on game day.  The Red Curry wings turned out fabulous - sweet, sticky and spicy with a hint of tang, they were finger lickin' good!
